It takes courage to infiltrate enemy territory, never knowing if an enemy will be around the next city block or hiding in the foliage with a scope aimed at your forehead.
It takes skill to survive all 10 missions and earn these special achievements along the way.
Most of the achievements are of the standard variety: You earn them by either completing missions, collecting secrets, or killing regular enemies with a slew of different methods.
The difficult achievements, however, require a healthy amount of strategy to notch them. In the end, you can gain them all if you’re committed to going the extra mile on every mission.
The majority of achievements fall into the standard category. Not to say these are easy to complete; however, you will earn most of them by playing the game well and following the mission script.
For example, you earn “Operation Quarterback” by completing the Act 1 missions (automatic, if you want to finish the story line) and you earn “Kill With Still” for sniping 50 enemies while holding your breath.
More complicated standard achievements include tasks like collect all secrets in Act 3 (“In Search of Enlightenment”), kill 100 opponents in multiplayer (“The Sniper Elite”), and score a 100 percent accuracy rating in a single mission (“Nerves of Steel”).
