You’ll find all of the Materials in the game listed alphabetically below. We list the levels each Material can be found in by listing the world number first, then the level in that world. For example: 1-1 would be world 1 (the Woodlands) and level 1 (the Deku Forest). After that, you’ll find the challenges that the Materials can be found in. No Challenge is the level without a challenge, while the other phrases are the challenge titles.
You can also earn Materials from the Daily Riches or purchase them from the Street Merchant. The Street Merchant updates his inventory daily and you can only play the Daily Riches mini-game once a day.
You can increase the Street Merchant’s inventory by activating SpotPass from the Settings screen in the main menu of the game. The Street Merchant will increase his daily supply from three to five if you activate it.
If you find that you have an excess of Materials and are desperate for Rupees, you can go behind the Street Merchant’s counter and talk to him directly to sell off some of your extra Materials. The amount he’ll pay depends on the mood he is in. You can get a sense of his mood when you talk to him.
We suggest you check and recheck what Outfits need the Materials you have, so you don’t accidentally sell off too many Materials. Trying to get them back can be a real challenge.
