The Legend of Zelda: Tri Force Heroes Guide › Odds and Ends › Coliseum

Overview

If you find yourself getting worn out on all of this cooperative play, you can head to the Coliseum on the right side of the castle foyer and have yourself a brawl with one or two other players.

Each Coliseum stage reflects a world from the main story mode. You’ll find Sub-Weapons that reflect the ones you’d find in those worlds, and you’ll also find hazards that fit that environment.

Playing in the Coliseum is fun, but you can also get real rewards for playing in it. There are some Materials that can only be obtained one of two ways: Completing all of the challenges in a world, or by winning in the Coliseum. If you don’t want to wait to complete the challenges, or if they’re giving you a hard time, you can enter the Coliseum to battle friends or people on the internet for a chance at winning those rare Materials. On top of that, each fight will earn you a few Rupees. You only have a 20% chance to earn the rare Material in each stage, so make sure to play each level until you land it!
