If you only have one other player to fight against in the Coliseum, you’ll have to tangle with a deadly, obnoxious Wallmaster. The disembodied hand will choose a victim and then float over their head. It will slap its hand down, immediately KO’ing anyone it smashes, then it will rotate to the next player.
You can get the Wallmaster off of you by jumping off of a ledge. You’ll lose a Heart, but the Wallmaster’s focus will shift to your opponent, giving you some breathing room. You can also use the Wallmaster to smash your opponent if you’re crafty, but it’s a pretty tough trick to pull off.
Make sure to take some time to play in the Coliseum, if for no other reason than to get a hold of the Materials. You’ll be glad you did, we promise.
