Take the bike to Top Glamour, as always making sure to avoid any trouble with the cops. The route to the deal takes you through the whole facility.
The man responsible for ripping off Jackie is none other than Naz. He tells Wei that he knows he’s a cop. Wei replies that he knows he’s a snitch. Naz calls his guards and jumps into an armored van to flee. Take the bike and go after him!
The Top Glamour workers, like Naz, are all 18k, and rush to his defense. Follow the van as best you can, taking out the gunmen on motorcycles and on foot.
Eventually, Naz’s van passes into a gated area, and the gate shuts behind it. If you were sticking close to the van, it’s possible to ride through the gate before it shuts. If not, there’s a ramp to the right that can be used to leap over the wall. Naz’s van crashes into a building on the other side of the gate.
While approaching the van, either from the gate or in midair from the ramp, draw your weapon and shoot the fuel tank to the left of the van. The ensuing blast completely disables the van and throws Naz clear of the wreck. Wei quickly accosts him and uses him as a human shield just as waves of 18k reinforcements arrive.
Now you need to keep both Naz and yourself alive while eliminating the Triad members. You have to put Naz into the trunk of one of the nearby cars, so avoid shooting out their tires while capping the gunmen. As soon as you’ve secured Naz in a vehicle, climb in and drive out of Top Glamour before you get swarmed.
The 18k refuse to give up, so be prepared to shoot and drive your way through the city. After several waves of 18k cars are wiped out, Wei needs to call Inspector Teng. He informs her of the situation: Naz is threatening Wei’s cover in the Sun On Yee, and either she deals with the situation or Wei will find his own solution. She quickly agrees to take Naz in.
Naz continues to shout threats of violence and retribution until he sees both Teng and Wei standing together outside of the car. A quick punch shuts him up. Teng promises to put Naz away someplace where he can never reveal Wei’s true identity. Wei doesn’t get Jackie’s money, but he does guarantee his relative safety for now.
