The start of the race immediately goes through a set of narrow, curved roads, with pedestrians on the sidewalks and traffic in the oncoming lane. Don’t get too hungry while jockeying for position. Ram Attacks tend to slow you down more than it does the other cars, unless you manage to push them into large obstacles.
The first turn is a hard left. Watch for it in advance and prepare to drift through it to maintain some speed.
The second left opens the course somewhat, but try to stay in the correct lane to avoid head-on collisions with traffic.
Turns three and four are a sharp right followed by a left into a more narrow street. If you’re still lagging behind, here is where your counterattack needs to start. You’re halfway through the track at this point!
The final stretch is deceptively straight, though somewhat narrow. There are some subtle but mean curves that, if taken from the wrong angle and speed, can cost you the whole race. If you’re still lagging behind somewhat, it’s time to get desperate. Try to force the other drivers into parked vehicles or storefronts if you can. If you manage to pull off the win, your reputation further increases, and you get a nice little cash reward for the trouble. You’re bound to get Hotshot’s attention soon.
