Super Mario Odyssey Guide › Odyssey Ecology

Bosses

Torkdrift

This strange organism floats about like an otherworldly saucer, coveting the most beautiful flowers the kingdoms offer.

Knucklotec

An ancient, and surprisingly expressive, evil force that attacks with huge stone fists.

Knucklotec’s Fist

Unfortunately for Knocklotec, its fists can be controlled by Cappy!

Mechawiggler

Bowser’s electrical pet loose in the storming Metro Kingdom is sure to cause problems for the power grid. Hardware like this needs to be confronted with equally powerful hardware.

Brigadier Mollusque-Lanceur III, Dauphin of Bubblaine

The pompous self-proclaimed king of Seaside Kingdom is clogging local access to their prized water sources. The hot-headed octopus can be cooled off with Gushen waterjets.

Cookatiel

This hulking bird flaps lazily above Luncheon Kingdom, staying watchful for the choicest-looking hunks of salted meat.

Ruined Dragon

The fallen lord of lightning rules ruefully over the collapsed and dismal land of Crumbleden.

Astro-Lanceur

A cousin of the Dauphin of Bubblaine, with a little less pretense about it.

Madame Broode

This matron to the fiendish Broodals comes armed with her heft and a huge, personalized Chain Chomp.

Broode’s Chain Chomp

Broode’s Chain Chomp might be gilded, but it’s not more guarded against Cappy than a regular Chain Chomp.

Topper

The classiest Broodal goes into combat with only the tallest of hats.

Rango

Rango’s southern-inflected style is bolstered by razor blades.

Hariet

Hariet gleefully peppers the battlefield with explosives.

Spewart

The most uncouth of the Broodals doesn’t hesitate to barf up poison sludge in self-defense.

RoboBrood

With their strengths combined, the Broodals form RoboBrood! Or they drive it together, at least.

Bowser

The one and only, the Koopa king who’s the perennial villain and thorn in the side of Peach, Mario, and the Mushroom Kingdom since back when every videogame was inside an 8-bit pipe.
