Mario isn’t given the opportunity to stay at Cloud Kingdom. Bowser’s cannons made sure of that. But Mario can certainly return once the Odyssey is repaired. He won’t find any Regional Coins here or a Crazy Cap store, but he will find a small number of Power Moons to collect.
