From the Base Camp, head either left or right and follow the covered path over the stairway leading below. On the far side, almost directly opposite the Base Camp, this Relic is on a table in the middle.

Requires Upgraded Knife. From the Base Camp, head toward the entrance to lower Paititi. Before you exit, there is a roped barricade to the left of the final set of stairs. Cut it open and the Relic is inside.

From the Base Camp, head up into the upper marketplace. When you can proceed no further above ground, turn left and this Relic is inside the small roofed area.

From the Base Camp, head toward the market and down into the underground path where Lara witnessed Unuratu and Dominguez discussing his plans, before Unuratu is taken away to her cell. This Relic is in the middle of the massive chamber, at the foot of the shrine.
