Turn away from the table where Document 04 was found and head down the small ramp toward the building with the blue and red porch. This Document is inside on a table.

Requires Shotgun. From the Kuwaq Yaku Ruins Base Camp, head through the mud pit toward the Hunting Grounds. Trek NE through the Hunting Grounds until you reach a barricaded wall in the side of the rock. Destroy the barricade with a shotgun and find the Document in the corner, near some cloth and a gold vein.

From the Hunting Grounds Base Camp, run back toward the village, keeping to the buildings on the left. Hug the buildings until you’ve essentially made a U-turn on the map and have reached the fishing area. A villager is sitting on a yellow chair in front of a wooden shack. The Document is inside the shack.

From Document 10, head forward into the area where Lara encounters Trinity soldiers. Once the area is clear, Lara can pry open a yellow door with her Climbing Axe and rappel into the Trinity excavation area. Down the first path, this Document is on a table next to a generator.

From Document 11, head onward through the area past the Maya calendar puzzle. In the following chamber are three large animal statues, Mural 09, Monolith 03, and a table with this Document.

From the chamber containing Document 11, move into the next room with the stele that grants the Eagle’s Talon skill. Find this Document behind the stele in an alcove.

From Document 13, jump down into an underwater area filled with piranhas. Once back on land, turn left before proceding through the jungle toward the Trinity combat encounter area and this Document is tucked in the dead end.

After Document 14, Lara encounters two mercenaries. Dispose of the first one using the newly acquired Eagle’s Talon skill. Shortly after this, Lara witnesses a Trinity soldier get attacked by a Yaaxil. The Document is past the soldier’s vehicle to the right, tucked away in the corner next to a Salvage crate and another vehicle trapped under fallen trees.

Proceeding from Document 15, after Lara encounters several Trinity soldiers, she comes upon an area with several bloody maimed and dismembered Trinity corpses. This Document is among their remains.

In the Howling Caves Tomb, after the area where Lara is attacked by wolves, take the rope line up, over the pit of fire. Before ascending the craggy wall, turn left and this Document is on the floor. If fast traveling into the Tomb, head down the craggy wall near the Base Camp.

After ascending the craggy wall next to Document 17, turn to the left once more and this Document lies in the dead end, on the opposite end of the area from the Base Camp.

From the Base Camp, head across the red bridge away from the bar. Follow the buildings to the left until you come to a fisherman’s boat. Go around the corner to the left and follow the path until you come to a locked door. Pry it open to find the Relic inside.

Within the Hunting Grounds there is an upper path that can be reached numerous ways. When coming from the Hunting Grounds Base Camp, this Relic can be found shortly after the abanonded vehicle.

From the Base Camp, head to the right, down the wooden stairs and to the end of the dock. Turn right, and the Relic is underwater, directly beneath the far edge of the dock once it dead ends.

In the area where Lara must rescue the workers in the “Blood Cries Out - Invasive Species” side mission, there is a barred gate that must be pried open. This leads to a small cave area where the Relic is found on a table. Note that this area is referred to as “Location Unknown” on the map.

From the Base Camp, head northwest across the water and into the Crypt. After burning down the barricade, the Mural is directly in front of you as you move through the area.

From the Base Camp, head past the ruins and through the village until you reach the path leading to the area where the “Blood Cries Out - Invasive Species” side mission takes place. After climbing under the trees, the Mural is to the left, across from the path leading to the muddy path where Lara finds the boy escaping the pillagers.

Inside the Howling Caves Tomb, after Lara falls down and is attacked by the wolves, the Mural is on the left when facing the fiery area with the rope line leading upward.
