“The big challenge for the QA department was just testing all the possible ways to play through the game. There are few limitations on where the player can venture after a certain point in the game. So, testing all the variations we could was a very difficult challenge. We ended up doing hundreds and hundreds of playthroughs of the game in as many different ways that we could. We got every ending variation in the game, which added up to the 120 range, I think.”

LEVEL OVERVIEW
After defeating Prescott’s Mech, you take the Gremlin into custody for questioning about his misdeeds. Before Prescott can give any clues about his plans, he becomes mysteriously hypnotized and his answers are clearly being manipulated by someone else. Gus finds the plans to a secret project that Prescott was working on near Ventureland. It seems the only way to find out more about this evil plot is to travel to Mean Street North and take the projector to Ventureland.

Not much has changed since your last visit to Mean Street South. Your main task will be to travel to Mean Street North and take the projector to Ventureland. Turn in any quest items you have acquired since the last visit, such as the items for the Watch the Skies quest.
Check the stores for new stock. The Emporium has new health upgrades, pins, and an upgrade for the Watch sketch.
If you have been completing tasks using the “restoration” method, the Guardian Pool may have turned into Paint by now. Every task that is done using restoration, such as fixing the broken buildings, increases the Paint state of the Guardian Pool. So repair any building you may not have fixed before, such as the trash compactor. If the Guardian Pool has converted to Paint, head down to the hidden tunnel under the train station stairway.
Take the left side of the tunnel. You’ll find the mine cart that you discovered back in Episode 1. Paint in the mine cart if you haven’t already done so. If the Guardian Pool in town is in a Paint state, you can have Oswald shock the console to send the cart crashing through the rock wall.
Return to the surface and take the sewer entrance into the Underground.
