Note: If you use the Paint path to finish Fort Wasteland, you will travel through Building a Building (version 2). This projector takes you to a shortcut in the Floatyard.
Start off the lower path by hitting the whistle to wake up the nearby worker.
Once the worker is awake, he moves to the right with his wheelbarrow, allowing you to jump over the wall.
Another worker ahead is painting the wall. When the worker’s support beam is low enough, jump up to it and then jump over him as he paints the wall. Continue onward to the right.
Pass under the next painter, and a worker pushing a huge stack of wooden planks approaches. Jump up and over the pile of wood as he gets close to you.
Next, you must pass two more painters. As you did before, wait until the support beam is low enough, then hop up and over the painters.
Your progress is stopped by a locked gate that can be opened by hitting the lever in front of it.
After passing through the gate, you are stopped by a pouring cement mixer. There is a golden E-ticket behind the cement, but you have to leave it for now.
Climb up on the steel girder as it is lowered, and ride it all the way to the top platform on your right.
On the top platform, you are blocked from proceeding by another steel girder. Hit the nearby whistle to signal the crane operator to lift up the steel girder, clearing the way to the projector.
Even though the projector is here, there is one more task to complete before you leave. Hit the lever next to the projector to turn off the cement mixer that blocked your path earlier.
Now that the cement has stopped pouring, the way is clear for you to climb down and retrieve the golden E-ticket.
Return to the top platform using the steel girder and leave by using the projector.
At the beginning of the upper path is a moving steel girder that you can jump on to clear the wall.
Next is another moving steel girder that you must hop on in order to pass yet another wall.
When you reach the end of this platform, you will notice a lamp below. Drop and hit the light to turn it on and signal the crane to start moving the steel girder ahead.
After turning on the light, drop and hit the lever in front of the cement mixer. This stops the cement from pouring, and you can jump over it and go to the right. If Oswald is on the lower path, he can jump to the platform and retrieve the golden E-ticket.
Jump to the platform above and hit the whistle. The crane will explode, leaving a bridge of wreckage for you to cross.
Past the crane wreckage, you can jump on to two hanging skids of construction materials. After these is a platform with the Film Reel.
After collecting the Film Reel, drop to reach a locked gate. Hit the switch to open the gate and pass through.
As you approach the end, use the rising steel girder to jump on the platform. Hit the whistle to signal the crane operator to move the steel girder blocking the path to the projector.
Finally, hit the lever next to projector to deactivate the cement mixer and reach the golden E-ticket below. If you already collected the ticket using the lower path, then leave via the projector.
