Note: The Band Concert cartoon is only accessible after you fix the projectors. You can then access it to travel back and forth between Mean Street North and OsTown.
All 2D levels for the projectors have two paths: lower and upper. Mickey starts in the lower and Oswald in the upper. To get all the special items, you’ll need to cooperate and play through the level more than once.
On the lower path, jump up on the table and wait for one of the patrons to sit on the end and launch you skyward. Scoop up the E-tickets floating in the air.
Continue to the flute player and stop just to the left of him. He plays musical notes that manifest in front of him and float up into the air.
When the first note appears, jump and land on the note. Let the note take you skyward as it drifts up slowly.
You’ll see two golden E-tickets. You can reach the first one easily with a double-jump or glide. For the second golden E-ticket, you’ll need both heroes on the lower path. Have Mickey throw Oswald as high as possible, then Oswald can glide over and pick it up.
Continue along the path to the right. Two pairs of festival folks will walk toward you carrying large drums. Use the drums to leap high into the air and snatch more E-tickets.
Hop the wall and approach the house. A large storm blows through the area and knocks you back with strong gusts. Time your run between the gusts to reach the exit projector.
The upper path has more to do. Start by leaping off the tables and grabbing E-tickets that hang in the air above the partying townsfolk.
Run up on stage and jump on the conductor stand to the right. If you double-jump or glide, you can reach the top of the tent and score another E-ticket.
Now jump to your right and reach the treeline. You can hop from tree to tree and gather more E-tickets up here.
If Mickey is wearing the Steamboat Willie Costume, you’ll see a Gold Pin under the seesaw. The only way to recover the Gold Pins in the cartoon levels is to buy the Steamboat Willie Costume at the Mad Hatter shop in Mean Street South.
There’s a green E-ticket high up in the tree above the seesaw. You can’t reach this ticket alone. You’ll need Mickey and Oswald together, with one heaving the other up to reach it.
Grab the remaining E-tickets next to the seesaw and hop the wall into the house’s backyard. Run past the hay bales and jump up on the short roof above the side entrance. You can hide from the wind here until the storm pauses.
In the seconds between storm blasts, jump up onto the roof and run to the far side. Be ready to push against the wind as it will do its best to throw you off the roof.
You need both Mickey and Oswald on the house roof to recover the Film Reel. After the storm winds pass, quickly throw Oswald skyward and let him glide into the floating Film Reel to collect it.
Now scoot along the rooftop and jump into the chimney. You’ll snatch the last E-ticket before falling to the ground floor.
The chimney (or the door if you’re coming from the lower path) leads you to the exit projector. Take the projector to OsTown or back to Mean Street North, depending on which direction you’re heading.
