Note: The D.E.C. (version 4) is the connection from the Devil Side of Rainbow Caverns to Disney Gulch.

You enter the D.E.C. (version 4) from a giant imp’s mouth. The level is similar to previous D.E.C. levels, featuring lava and giant toy obstacles.

At the start, head left. At the end of the path is a jack-in-the-box with a springboard that can shoot you upward.

After the first spring, there are passages to the left and right with objects that can be thinned to reach chests containing some random loot. Bounce on two more spring-boards to reach the top platform on the right.

A giant keyboard to your right leads to the rare chests, but for now it is blocked by giant crayon gate. First, you need to open the gate, so thin out the cassette tape and drop down.

The machine here opens the crayon gate when activated. Thin out the toy soldier and jump across the gap on the right.

There is a Battery Sphere here that can be used to power the nearby machine. As a shortcut, you can use the Fairy sketch to lift the sphere and then use your Paint to propel the sphere over to the machine. Alternatively, you can push the sphere off the ledge and use the previously encountered springboards to get the sphere up and over to the machine.

Regardless of your method, once the sphere is near the machine, push it into the socket to activate it. Thin out the wood door to your left, and use the springboard to bounce back up to the piano.

Now the giant crayon gate to the right of the piano is open. Jump on the crayons and head to the right.

Next you have to thin out the red bouncy ball blocking your way.

Finally, open the chest and collect a Bronze Pin.

Return to the crayons and drop to the path underneath. Continue to the right.

At the end of this path, you receive Concept Art 34. You can now toss Oswald into the air, and both of you can glide over the floating path of E-tickets and backtrack to the level entrance, or just drop straight down from here.

The next part starts to the right of the level entrance. Thin out the wall leading to another machine.

Notice the Battery Sphere above the machine. First, make sure you paint in the pipe to the right, in case you thinned it out by mistake when entering this room. Now thin out the ceiling. The sphere falls right down to you, where it can be placed in the machine to turn it on.

When you activate this machine, it powers up the balloon platform to the left.

Use the balloon platform to reach the blocks spelling out “DUCK.” Thin out the train wall, and open the chest for another Bronze Pin.

Take the balloon up to the top right. Stand on the platform and have Oswald activate the control panel to take a short trip to the right.

When you reach your destination, you notice another Battery Sphere. Push it off the edge toward the pinball machine.

Fall down and push the sphere into the pinball launcher next to the cassette wall. The sphere will shoot up to the ledge high above and wait for you.

Go back to the right and have Oswald use the control panel to turn on the pinball machine.

You can now use the pinball paddles and the red bumper to jump up to the ledge where the sphere is waiting.

Yet another machine is waiting here for an Battery Sphere to be fed to it. Push the sphere into the slot like before, and this machine starts tossing pies at the face on the gate ahead. The force from the pies pushes open the gate.

Jump onto the flat gate and have Oswald throw Mickey into the air.

Land on the branch and collect a Silver Pin.

Drop back to the passage under the open gate.

Make one last jump over to the Saloon doors, which will be your exit to Disney Gulch.
