When you arrive a second time, Jamface is in the midst of repairing Mean Street North. You can assist Jamface with the repairs or continue on to the projectors, where you can use the Skeleton Dance projector to reach your next destination: Bog Easy.

Upon your return to Mean Street North, Gremlin Jamface informs you that your destruction of the D.E.C. entrance has led to some supplies being stolen. As a result, he must raise his prices for construction unless you can return the lost supplies. If you didn’t break open the D.E.C. entrance earlier, you won’t have this problem.
The supplies look like baskets of assorted junk and are scattered around town. Each set of supplies you return to Jamface will lower his construction costs.
Drag the supplies over to Jamface at the windmill as you find them.
Be sure to check all the stores in town because the inventories are updated as you progress through the game.
Check the Pin Trader for one noteworthy item: a boss pin. You received one pin depending on the method you used to defeat the Blotworx Dragon, and the other pin will be for sale in the Pin Trader shop. Purchase the second boss pin so you can repair one of the games at the arcade.
OPTIONAL QUEST
THE BUNNY WRANGLERS
If you didn’t receive the Bunny Wranglers quest in OsTown, you can get it from Paulie in the Ice Cream Parlor. If you use the electricity control panel instead of reprogramming it, the pipes will send the Bunny Children here instead.
Stop by the Cinema if you want to zip around Wasteland quickly. The Cinema allows fast travel to previously visited zones. Travel is free if you collected the Film Reel in the corresponding 2D level, or 50 E-tickets if you haven’t retrieved the Film Reel yet.
Stop by and pay a visit to Gremlin Flynn in the arcade. You can fix the game machines by acquiring both pins from a boss fight. One boss pin is given when you defeat it, and the other can be purchased from the Pin Trader after that. Talk to Flynn with the two Dragon Pins to fix a machine. You can then use the fixed arcade machine to give you E-tickets as a reward.
After you finish checking out all the shops, it’s time to help Jamface repair the town. Head down the tunnel to the back area near the D.E.C. entrance.
Look for the broken fish head building with a mouth full of junk. Jamface can repair this building for you if you donate some Scrap Metal to the cause. If you wish to sabotage the building instead, you can break the machine that is connected by a wire running to the right.
You have to leave the town after you give Jamface the Scrap Metal, as the repairs take time to complete. When you come back later, the fish head will be open and allow you access to the Underground (Propeller Room).
Back near the projector area, check out the drawbridge-like device that Jamface wants to repair. You can give him Scrap Metal to repair it or drag some fireworks over and blow up the device for Scrap Metal.
After Jamface repairs the device near the projectors, it turns into a moving elevator down to a secret entrance.
Ride the first platform to be lowered to another moving platform.
When the second platform stops moving around the cliffs, paint one final ledge and leap over to it. Oswald can open this door to another side room in the Underground (Widget Room).
The last machine in need of repair is on the roof of the Ice Cream Parlor. Use the stack of boxes around back to reach the roof.
Jamface informs you that this last entrance to the Underground has broken down and he needs you to help repair the machine. Rather than doing the repairs himself, he tells you the machine’s tank needs Paint to refill it.
You can choose to use Paint on the funnel of the machine to fill it back up, or fill it with Thinner to destroy the machine.
Finish up by having Oswald power up the machine, and take the entrance down to the last room of the Underground.
After all your tasks in town are complete, head over to the projector area.
The second projector from the left is the first version of the Skeleton Dance. When you are ready to leave, take this projector over to Bog Easy.
