Mission: “I Need a Favor”
Vito’s Hit List
Prerequisite: Complete mission “An Emotional Attachment” in Chapter “Bayou Fantom: Sitdown”
Talk to Vito
Head to Vito’s Italian Restaurant (1) and find him preparing a meal in the kitchen. Vito needs your help with some unfinished business. He needs some history buried so he can get his head straight. When the conversation ends, you find yourself in his second floor office of the house behind the restaurant. This is where you will collect Kickbacks and continue more missions. If you haven’t done so already, collect the Vargas painting inside his office on the bookshelf.
Interrogate Lucky’s Old Cronies
Grab a vehicle and follow the marker to a blue crosshairs icon on the map to find Lucky’s first crony, Stan “The Face” Caramanci (2) located in the French Ward. You only need to interrogate this one crony to find out where your main target is located. Stan is alone in an alley between some buildings. Walk up to the guy with the interrogate icon over his head and press and hold 
or 
until he succumbs to the knife death grip. You ask where you can find the councilman. He tells you he’s supposed to be playing cards nearby. You can choose to kill or spare him.
Kill Chet “Lucky” Carbonale
Get into a vehicle and follow the marker to the northwest destination in Frisco Fields to find Lucky (3), who won’t be feeling very lucky for too much longer. You can find him inside a best oil service station on the corner.
You can enter through the front door and risk creating witnesses. If you go this route, take out the clerk and the mobster in the office with the shotgun. Or you can just break open the side door that leads directly inside the garage where Lucky is hanging out. He’s the guy with the “Kill Lucky” message over his head.
There’s a gambling game going on and all the mobsters are sitting down. They’re not ready for you if you just rush in and grab Lucky from behind by pressing 
or 
to break his neck. If you go this route, be prepared to battle the few cronies in the garage with him; they won’t scare off after you kill Lucky. Raid the First Aid Kit in the garage, then get out of there before the cops are called.
Return To Vito
Race back to River Row and go see Vito (1) in the stilt house behind the restaurant. Vito’s jobs play out exactly like this one, but with different cronies and main targets.
Kill Nestor Rourke
His next target is Nestor Rourke. Pick one of his cronies (Patch, Smokey, or Leonard Ferrante) to interrogate to find out where Nestor is located. Turns out he’s located in a garage in Southdowns. Follow the markers on the map and go and kill Nestor.
Kill Paulie Biancardi
After Nestor, Paulie Biancardi is the next target. You don’t have to interrogate anyone to find him. Simply mark the location indicated on the map in the Southdowns cemetery and drive there. With Intel View, you can stealthily snake your way through the cemetery without harming hardly any of his cronies (if you wish). You can just come up behind him on the mausoleum stoop and take him out stealthily from behind. Sprint out of the cemetery, and then report back to Vito.
Kill Luca Guidi & Dario Murtas
When you return to Vito, he thanks you and then sends you to kill Luca Guidi. This guy only has one rat you need to interrogate—similar to the earlier missions. Dario Murtas is last on the hit list. This guy is marked on the map (you do not need to interrogate anyone to find him). He’s in a compound on the bayou. After this guy is killed, return to Vito to finally end the “I Need a Favor” missions.
Vito can’t believe his past demons are dealt with and he reflects back on the passing of his friend Joe from Mafia II. Your relationship with Vito becomes more solid now.
