On the bookshelf in the back of this plush office on the top floor of the Imperial Health Club—typically accessed during Frankie’s Blackmail racket. Enter through the main entry and work your way up using the stairs in the back of the lobby.

Hung on the side of the bridge. Access to the underground tunnels is found under the bridge.

In the sewers sitting on the bottom shelf on a small workbench. Easily accessed through the river tunnel just to the north of this location (near communist propaganda).

This magazine is hidden in the flowers surrounding the park monument. The mag is sitting beneath the northeast palm tree.

Inside this building at the bottom of the stairwell amongst a bunch of trash. This area is usually accessed during Frankie’s Blackmail racket.

Behind the check-in desk on the first floor of the Royal Hotel. You must get behind the desk to find it; it’s propped up against the backside of the counter.

Repent Magazine (June 11, 1968)

When you choose to sit on the sidewalk bench Downtown to speak with Donovan during the “Compromised Corruption” story mission, Donovan hands this magazine to you during the cutscene. However, do not forget to pick it up after the cinematic ends. You can also find it on this bench without activating this mission.

In the sewers on a workbench. Easy access can be had by entering the car garage below this building and entering the sewer passage doorway found in a caged office.

On the northern end of the third story of the building under construction. Take the stairs all the way up and find the painting on the floor in the corner beside the stairwell. This area is accessed when you blow up the nearby crane in Cavar’s Construction Racket mission.

In the construction yard (behind Shaker’s Jazz Club or Buck’s clothing store) accessed during Cavar’s Construction mission. Find the magazine on the desk inside the trailer office.

Inside this garage on the shoreline, find the magazine on a desk inside the office. This issue has an awesome interview with The Beatles.

This one may not pop up on your radar until you approach it (even with wiretapping). Find this on the bow of the moored boat.
