TL-49 Fuses are scattered all over New Bordeaux. They are mostly found near trashcans, but they can also be found in underground passages or high on building rooftop ledges. Go out of your way to pick up as many of these as you can. It takes three fuses to wiretap one junction box; however, there are plenty more fuses than you will ever need to wiretap all the junction boxes. The amount of fuses you are holding appears in the display at the screen’s bottom-left corner. Wiretapping junction boxes reveals fuses on the map. They appear as green blips. As you approach a fuse in the environment, you can easily spot it; a small, bright-green circle will hover over it.
