There are 111 Requests from people all over the city. These can involve defeating Yo-kai, collecting items, playing hide-and-seek, and much more! Requests become available depending on four conditions: Story progress, Watch Rank, time of day/weather, and other.
Look for the blue word balloons above the NPCs’ heads or blue flags on the map. These indicate there is a Request available. These quests can lead to rare Yo-kai and items.
Most of the time, the weather does not have an effect on whether a quest is available. If no weather condition is listed with the time of day, it does not matter.
