Full Name: Nathan Adams
A typical fifth-grader. Nate obtains the Yo-kai Watch from the Crank-a-kai machine he finds on Mt. Wildwood while hunting for insects.
Katie
Full Name: Katie Forester
Nate’s classmate, a fifth-grade girl with a knack for sensing the supernatural. Katie obtains her Yo-kai Watch on Mt. Wildwood, as well.
It’s Your Choice!
At the start of the game, pick the character you want to play, either Nate or Katie. The story’s the same regardless of your selection. The only thing that changes is the location of your home and some of the dialog during events, so feel free to choose either one. You can also change your character’s name to whatever you like.

Full Name: Barnaby Bernstein
Somewhat of a bully, though he has a sentimental streak and really loves his family. A good guy deep down, maybe?
Eddie
Full Name: Edward Archer
A skeptic who doesn’t believe in Yo-kai or the supernatural. Also, Bear’s friend.

A steady, loving mom who breezily handles her household duties.

Full Name: Aaron Adams
The family’s main breadwinner, although he sometimes acts a little goofy.
Katie’s Mom
Full Name: Rebecca Forester
A kind-hearted mom who takes life at her own pace.
Katie’s Dad
Full Name: Jason Forester
A dedicated worker. He works with Nate’s dad.
Mr. Goodsight
Full Name: Mortimer Goodsight
The watch repairman at Timers & More powers up the capabilities of your Yo-kai Watch.

Whisper
This self-styled “Yo-kai butler” delivers the Yo-kai Watch to your main character.
Dismarelda
A moody Yo-kai that darkens the air around her, triggering things like family arguments.
Jibanyan
The spirit of a cat hit by a car. Currently in training to defeat his automotive nemesis.
Cadin
A cicada Yo-kai spirit caught by the main character.
