Story Chart

This lists all objectives for the story chapter. Many are simple or self-evident, and you’re trusted to complete them on your own. But some are more complicated or have tricky steps. These either get a callout box with tips for efficient completion or get addressed in the Special Advice or Boss Strategy sections.

Special Advice

This provides more in-depth commentary on important parts of the story chapter. You also get an overview of the chapter’s interior areas (if any), including advice on how to move through them efficiently.

Boss Strategy

In most chapters, you’ll fight against a frightening boss Yo-kai. This gives detailed info, strategy, and recommended levels.
