A Hospital Overrun with Yo-kai
From Massiface to Phantasmurai and Tarantutor, some seriously big and ominous Yo-kai are showing up around town. Is this a sign of something worse to come? Nate and Whisper decide to seek the cause using an all-seeing crystal. It reports an evil Yo-kai at Nocturne Hospital. Time to take action!
At school, Mr. Barton the science teacher tells you about the “all-seeing crystal ball.” After that, head for Shoten Temple.
The crystal is actually Draggie the Yo-kai dragon. Snag him a Sawtooth Stag, and he’ll predict your future for you.

Look for a Sawtooth Stag, an insect that Draggie wants.They’re in the trees by the stream on Mt. Wildwood. (Tip: It’s there in the day, but you’ll find it more often at night!)

There’s a Watch Lock over the Nocturne Hospital entrance. You need a Rank A watch to unlock it.

Via Uptown Springdale
Enter the underground waterway from the riverside in Uptown Springdale. You’ll have to beat Quaken.
Via Sunshine Station
Head underground from the entrance near Sunshine Station in Blossom Heights. Beat Benkei inside.
Via Breezy Hills
Another waterway entrance is near Eddie’s house in Breezy Hills. Alhail waits for you there.

Nocturne Hospital
You’ll receive three examinations from Leadoni. Make the correct selections each time, and you’ll be able to avoid battle.
1: Enter the hospital.
2: Measure your height.
Opt to stand on tiptoe, and Leadoni will fight you. Resist the urge, and you’ll skip battle.
3: Measure your eyesight.
Answer “gorilla” in the eye exam, and Leadoni will fight you. Say “banana” instead to avoid battle.
4: Get an X-ray exam.
If you say the X-ray results are “weird,” you’ll go into battle. Select “That’s great!” and that’s that.
5: Find the hospital director’s office to trigger a meeting.
6: From his office, hop through the wall hole to drop to the first floor.
Find the hole in the wall off the back room in the director’s office, and then drop to the first-floor courtyard. This leads to an examination room.
7: Exit the examination room, and examine the stretcher.
Exit the examination room and examine the stretcher in the hallway to trigger an event.
8: Get on the stretcher and go to the operating room.
Select “Yes,” and you’ll be wheeled to surgery.
9: Fight the evil doctor!

Every time Dr. Maddiman takes action, hearts start appearing on the shelves behind him. When he uses Blood Refill, he’ll use those hearts to recover HP. Target the hearts to pop them and keep the doc from healing. If you don’t keep up with that activity, this turns into a seriously long battle.
If you’re hit with status ailments and forced to purify, the doctor’s healing hearts keep appearing behind him. Target them with pin points, quickly!
Watch out for his brutal triple-scalpel slice! It hits all three of your Yo-kai frontliners.
