This laughing monstrosity will become a real nemesis as you progress. Constructed of body parts from multiple corpses (including a full ring of heads), the Guardian slings a huge circular saw that can cut Sebastian right in half if she catches him when his health is critically low. Keep circling and shooting, or duck inside a bus or delivery truck. You cannot execute a Sneak Kill on the Guardian, and your Shock Bolt reduces its attacks to half damage. As always, headshots inflict the most damage, and this foe has several heads you can target.
