The “Welcome to Union” pamphlet sits on the counter in the Union Visitor Center, near the main floor entrance.
Mobius Communicator Log: Replacement Parts
Locations: Jason Franklin Restaurant (Roof) OR Supply Shed in Northwest Union
Find the Communicator by investigating the fallen Mobius operative on the roof atop the Jason Franklin Restaurant, next door to the Visitor Center; here you also find the Broken Sniper Rifle.
You can also find this Communicator on a different fallen Mobius operative inside the supply shed up in the far northwest corner of Union. This shed is where you find the Sniper Rifle Parts.
Once you find the Communicator in either of these two spots, it is no longer available at the other location.

Location: Mitchel and Sons Construction, Basement
Enter the underground area via the Union Auto Repair garage. Then follow the passage to the doors and find this report in the unlocked room with the ladder.
Turner’s Communicator Log
Location: Union Visitor Center, Basement
Once you track and tune in all of the Mobius Resonances for the “Rogue Signal” side mission, the door unlocks to the Union Visitor Center basement. Head downstairs to view another Residual Memory. After that, you can examine Turner’s Communicator on a desk to get the log.

Enter the bedroom of 336 Cedar Avenue to find this journal sitting on the big round table.
KCPD Request for Psychological Examination
Location: 345 Cedar Avenue, Garage
A manila folder holding this letter sits on a hospital gurney in the garage at 345 Cedar.

Location: 345 Cedar Avenue, Bedroom
Find this torn report sitting on a side table in the bedroom at 345 Cedar. (Note: It appears only after you find the KCPD letter in the garage then investigate the TV in the living room.)

Find this report in the power control room on the second level of the Tredwell Trucking warehouse. Access the room via the yellow ladder and catwalks.

After the vision in the bathroom triggers a flashback to Beacon Mental Hospital, follow the long corridor to a wheelchair. The slide sits on the seat.

After Sebastian escapes from the ward hallucination, he returns to the bedroom in 336 Cedar. Now a slide sits on the table where the Woman’s Journal sat before.

Hayes and Turner Hatch Their Plan
Location: Krimson’s Supermarket, Loading Dock
Track the Resonance at the dumpster dock behind Krimson’s to unlock the memory of Mobius security personnel calling an “Alpha One Emergency.”
Hayes and Turner Split Up
Location: 322 Cedar Avenue, Utility Room
Unlock this memory in a back room of 322 Cedar Avenue, the house directly behind the Union church. You hear Turner and Hayes set off to different locations with a plan to meet up later at the Visitor Center.
Turner Loses Contact
Union Auto Repair, Office
Tune this memory in the repair shop’s back office, near the fuse box.
Fatal Witness
Location: Union Auto Repair, Underground Passage
Activate the lift in the repair garage to raise the car and reveal a floor hatch. Open the hatch, drop into the passage below, and follow it to the dead body where the Residual Memory is triggered.
Train to Nowhere
Location: Derailed Train, Last Car
Find the fallen woman on the platform at the very end of the derailed train on the far west edge of the Union “island.” The memory documents her frantic attempts to escape the STEM town.
Turner Meets his Gruesome End
Location: Union Visitor Center, Basement
After you investigate the first three Residual Memories in the “Rogue Signal” side mission, you can access the basement in the Visitor Center. Descend the stairs and move through the door. Use the Communicator to trigger the Residual Memory.
