The Glutton has only one attack, but it’s a killer. Aside from eating tons of dead flesh, its entire reason to exist is to get close to you and explode. This detonation spreads outward in a lethal radius of pain, with anything up close likely to suffer fatal damage. Hit this huge target with sniper fire from afar. He’s hard to miss. Score a headshot to take it down and keep it from exploding.
