To grab a web, press Up on the + Control Pad or Circle Pad. Webs eventually give way to Mario’s weight, so watch each web for signs of wear. When you leave a web, it vanishes briefly—plan each jump before you make it.
The first Star Coin is located in a hidden area. Hit the ! Switch at Point 2 to create temporary platform below you. Drop down and enter the pipe to the left.
After you pass through the pipe, hit the nearby Blocks to reveal another ! Switch. Stomp the switch, then move across the temporary platforms to the left. When the Spider near the left wall approaches the Star Coin, jump onto its back. If you time it properly, you can grab the Star Coin and bounce back to the temporary platforms.
There’s a Red Ring floating high above the Checkpoint Flag. Wall jump into the enclosure, then climb along the webs to reach Point 3. When you leap through the Red Ring, two red coins appear on each of the four webs.
The second Star Coin is located in a hidden area. Climb the web at Point 4, then leap to the Spider and bounce to the nearby ledge. After you land, enter the pipe to the right.
After you pass through the pipe, stomp the ! Switch and jump along the temporary platforms. Avoid taking out the Spider until you reach the third platform, then use it to bounce up to the Star Coin.
The third Star Coin is floating at Point 5. Move under the platform, then jump between the webs to grab the Star Coin.
