The level’s first power-up is located at Point 1. To collect it, stomp the Koopa patrolling the Blocks, then throw its shell to the right. After a few bounces, the shell hits the Block below you to reveal the power-up.
Perform a ground pound at Point 2 to slam through the Blocks and drop down to a hidden area. This route contains one of the level’s Star Coins, so make sure you explore it!
After you drop through the hidden area, jump onto the Blocks and grab the Star Coin. Stomp the Koopa if it approaches you, but avoid kicking or throwing its shell within the enclosure.
When you’re finished exploring the hidden area, enter the pipe at Point 4 to launch yourself back up to the surface.
When you reach Point 5, enter the pipe to launch yourself through the coins and into the next area.
There’s a hidden path near the Checkpoint Flag! Wall jump between the pipes at Point 6, then drop down between the pipes to the left.
The second Star Coin is in a small enclosure at Point 7. Drop through the hinged panel, then move left just far enough for the panel to snap back in place. If you move too far, you’ll be locked out of the enclosure, so make sure you grab the Star Coin before you leave the area.
One of the pipes at Point 8 leads to a hidden area.
After you pass through the pipe, stomp the Koopa and grab its shell. Leap through the Gold Ring, then toss the shell through the Gold Piranha Plants to the right.
The last Star Coin is hidden in a secret area. When you reach Point 9, drop to the ground and locate the Invisible Block above you. When you find it, jump onto the used Block and enter the pipe to the left.
After you pass through the pipe, stomp the Koopa and toss its shell down to the Big Piranha Plant. The shell not only defeats this imposing enemy, it bounces back to the left and collects the Star Coin.
