To find the first Star Coin, enter the door on the left side of the level’s first room.
After you pass through the door, you arrive in a room with two ? Switches on the floor. Draw the nearby Boo to the center of the room, then activate the ? Switch near the right wall. Jump along the temporary platforms to reach the Star Coin.
The door at Point 2 leads to a room with six ? Switches. Each ? Switch triggers a temporary change in the environment—these effects can be combined in various ways.
The ? Switches are divided into two groups. Hit the left ? Switch in the right group to reveal a platform below the left group, then try each ? Switch to test its effect. To reveal the path out, hit the right group’s left ? Switch and right ? Switch, then hit left group’s middle ? Switch.
To find the Red Ring hidden in this level, enter the door at Point 3.
As you approach the Red Ring, the trampoline hidden in the floor springs you into the air. Pass through the Red Ring, then use trampolines hidden around the room to bounce up and collect the red coins.
To collect the second Star Coin, enter the door at Point 4.
After you pass through the door, use the hidden trampolines to reach the ? Switch at the top of the room. When you hit the ? Switch, a door and a Roulette Coin Block appear near the ceiling, and a Star Coin appears along the room’s left wall. Drop down and collect the Star Coin, then exit through the door near the ceiling.
The door at Point 5 leads to a room filled with hidden trampolines.
One of the Blocks at the center of the room contains a P Switch. Activate the P Switch, then bounce along the hidden trampolines to collect the blue coins.
Before you enter the door at Point 6, fly up to the ceiling to reveal a large stash of coins.
Use the ? Switches at Point 7 to open a path to the third Star Coin. Hit the ? Switch in the middle and the ? Switch on the right, then jump up and follow the opened path.
As you dash along the path, notice the two openings in the ceiling. Pass by the first opening, then wall jump up through the second opening. When you land, hit the nearby ? Switch to reveal the Star Coin. Return to the first opening and collect it.
To find this area’s secret exit, activate the same ? Switch you used to find the third Star Coin.
While the ? Switch is active, hop across the gap to the right, slip past the nearby Boo, and enter the nearby door. Reach the secret Goal Pole to unlock Mushroom-B on the Map Screen.
