Each of the three pipes at Point 1 can launch you to a different location. To collect the first Star Coin, enter the pipe on the right.
After the pipe tilts to the right, it fires you straight through the first Star Coin.
When you reach the pipes at Point 2, enter the pipe on the left to launch yourself through the nearby Red Ring.
Follow the red coins as they lead you across the platform and back down the hill. Slide down the decline to build up some speed, then jump for the fifth red coin just before you reach the bottom. If you time this jump properly, you should have no trouble collecting the remaining red coins.
Before you can collect the second Star Coin, you’ll need some help from Mini Mario. There are three Invisible Blocks at Point 3. The Invisible Block directly above the ? Block contains a Mini Mushroom.
As Mini Mario, jump along the platforms to the right. The first few platforms each hold three small pipes. The fourth platform, however, has a larger pipe sandwiched between two small pipes. Enter the larger pipe to launch yourself right through the Star Coin.
There’s a row of five pipes at Point 4. To collect the third Star Coin, enter the pipe in the center of the row. When you do, the pipe launches you back to the left.
As long as you entered the correct pipe, you’ll soar right through the Star Coin.
