Create an Operator is an entirely new character customization system built from the ground up. It allows a new level of freedom to precisely fine-tune your operator down to the very last detail, letting you create your character exactly the way you want.
Earning Gear
There are two main ways to unlock gear: through the Supply Drops and through completing challenges. Similar to weapons, each piece of gear has a rarity of Enlisted (common), Professional (uncommon), and Elite (rare). The frequency of these drops depends on the rarity. The rarer a piece is, the less likely it is to drop. Completing various challenges throughout SP and MP will unlock themed gear associated with those challenges.
Customization
You can earn and store a wide variety of gear for your operator, everything from hats and glasses to completely customized Exo suits.
Any new gear you earn through the Supply Drop system goes into your gear storage, and you can freely swap around gear to customize your character as you see fit.
