Loot

Sneaking around in the shadows wouldn’t be very profitable if weren’t for the fine art of burglary. Loot comes in all shapes and sizes, and it’s all there for the taking.

Common Loot

Anything of value that isn’t tracked as a collectible in the Journal is considered to be common loot. This includes loose coins, piles of gold, and valuables that can be fenced, such as cups, pens, candlesticks, cutlery, and much more. Everything that Garrett can get his gloves on is worth taking. Challenge yourself to find every last piece of common loot in the game. The walkthrough’s handy maps and checklists will be of invaluable assistance to you in this effort.

Collectible Loot

Anything that’s tracked in the Journal as a collectible is considered to be collectible loot. These precious baubles are far more rare than common loot and are often kept in secret areas or under heavy guard. Some collectible loot items must be stolen in order to advance, such as the Jeweled Mask in “Chapter 1: Lockdown.” Search high and low for these worthy prizes, and consult the walkthrough to ensure you don’t miss any.

Documents

Though not technically loot, documents are also tracked in the Journal and are therefore worthy of collecting. Many documents provide clues to cracking safes or solving puzzles, though some merely help to fill in the plot. Whenever you see a letter, book, note, or a notice that’s pinned to a wall, collect it. Then open your Journal and see what wisdom the document has to impart.
