Leviathan’s post-summoning effect increases the duration of these skills by 15%.

Buff-type EX Skills are generally preferred (since buffs are inherently easier to apply and make optimal use of), so Leviathan’s pre-summoning and post-summoning effects may not be that attractive for most teams. However, if several of your teammates are equipped with mobility-reducing skills like Enfeeble and Slowga, Leviathan may be a solid choice as a summon.
