Dissidia Final Fantasy NT Guide › Summons

Alexander

He is a walking fortress of light that purifies a wide swath of land almost instantly. His sacred powers, however, also shore up your defenses.

Pre-Summoning Effect: Providence

Increases max HP.

Post-Summoning Effect: Divine Bulwark

Increases max HP and defense.

Summary

Alexander is a defensive-based summon. His pre-summoning effect increases each team member’s HP by 100, while his post-summoning effect reduces all Bravery damage taken by 30%. While Ramuh’s party-effects may may impact survivability (via improved recast time on HP Regen), Alexander’s effects provide resilience through a direct increase in HP and defense.

Alexander’s field attacks are highly telegraphed, with gigantic light beams emanating from the sky and glyphs lighting up the area. However, they provide a strong verticality effect. Radiant Sacrament forces enemies into sidestepping and dashing away from its tracking effect, giving your team an opportunity to capitalize on your opponents’ scattered movement.

Divine Judgment is incredibly difficult for the enemy to avoid in certain scenarios. For instance, if the three enemy team members are split up perpendicular to Alexander’s position, Divine Judgment will cover a remarkably vast area as the shockwave blasts are littered everywhere on the battlefield.

Bravery Damage Attack Type and Trajectory Description

1920

Linear glyphs across the field, directed at each enemy

Alexander targets all foes and fires successive holy blasts across the battlefield.
