I am—AGAIN—writing in regards to Agent Banks, in the vain hope that some kind of reprimand or official censure will be forthcoming from Agent Operations.
Yesterday at roughly 18:30 he apparently tossed a suspected subverter off the top of the Spire as an "interrogation tactic."
The man landed just a few feet away from a Marketing secretary who was leaving the building for the day. The poor thing was frightened out of her mind. Had she left just a few seconds earlier she would surely have been killed.
What’s more, I have been told by sources who shall remain nameless that Banks has done this before, though strangely there is no mention of this in official security records.

It introduced customizable immune system protocols and desensitized natural reactions of the adrenal gland processor, which had previously proved hard to implement with high conversion efficiency.
