Port Scallywag’s centerpiece is the pirate ship docked between the village markets and the abandoned fort, a highly desired item of interest for both plants and zombies...maybe. That’s assuming anyone on either side knows how to sail a vessel of this size. The winding passages of the market and fort ensure that the fighting will be fierce and personal.
Points of Interest
The Pirate Ship

[1] The centerpiece of Port Scallywag is the abandoned pirate ship currently at the dock. With nine ramps connecting directly to the ship (four for the lower level, five for the top deck), it’s easy to access, which means it can be hard to hold out in. Be careful when crossing the ramps—falling into the water will instantly vanquish a character regardless of health levels!

The lower deck of the ship is cramped with obstacles, which makes for intense short-range battles. However, with the four entrances leading to the markets and the beachside, players inside the boat are not entirely safe from those outside. The lower deck also contains a stairway that leads up to the top deck of the ship, and the deck itself has a hole that lets players drop into the lower level.

The central courtyard that joins both halves of the village [4] is also a location that can expect heavy fighting, as it is a crossroads between both of the market sections, and also is a direct path leading to the pirate ship.
Northern Village

The village on the west side of the map can be split into northern and southern halves. The northern village [2] is similar in design to the southern half. The primary landmark is its giant cannon monument [3] that faces the pirate ship. This location can be the site of pitched battles, as players try to use it as cover against long-ranged attacks.
Southern Market

[5] The southern village shares its layout with the northern half, but some of the alleys here are more cramped, and there’s less in the way of cover to use. Notably, the southern village lacks a large cannon monument. However, there is a small walkway [6] that can give players many sniping opportunities against foes located on the pirate ship’s top deck.
Fort Scallywag

Fort Scallywag can be divided into two distinct sectors, the beachside [7] and the castle itself [8]. The beachside area is an important junction, with four ramps that directly access the pirate ship. Generally, sticking around the beach can be troublesome if the enemy controls either the fort or the pirate ship.
