Tampa has a nice mix of 4-3 Formations that can be used against a balanced offense. If they are run-heavy, get into the 46 Bear Under. If they are pass-heavy, the Big Dime can be a solid formation to get faster players on the field.

Big Dime 4-1-6 is a unique formation that should help slow down pass-heavy teams without sacrificing too much in the run game.
