The first Painting is in Dunwall Streets, in the escape corridor that you run through before getting outside. It’s on the right.
The second Painting is in the Galvani building. Turn left when you get down into the streets and look for a small apartment. It has one Guard inside. The Painting is in the second room of the apartment, and it’s hung above a fireplace.
