A successful raid on Forrest Blackwell’s mansion has revealed the mad millionaire’s vile plot: Blackwell has secretly transformed his downtown tower into a rocket ship and intends to blast off to the moon! Naturally, a rocket of such size would lay waste to LEGO City if it were to launch downtown. There isn’t much time to save the day!

Objective: Recover the Shield Prototypes
Time is against you, but Professor Kowalski has a plan. If you hurry, you should be able to contain the rocket blast by using a special shield prototype that the professor has been researching. Race to Kowalski’s lab without delay.
Reach the lab before time runs out, and Officer Frank Honey will join you there. Bash down the lab’s boarded door with the fire axe and head inside.
Objective: Take the Shield Prototypes to Blackwell Tower
Chase hops into one of the trucks that contains the shield prototypes; Frank drives the other. Now you just need to get to Blackwell Tower and deploy those prototypes before the launching!
It’s a long way to Blackwell Tower, so hit the gas and motor over there before time expires. Professor Kowalski and Chief Dunby await you at the tower. The professor tells you to drive to the nearby marker and deploy the first shield prototype.
Objective: Build the Shield Generators Around Blackwell Tower
Beat up the goons near the first shield prototype’s bricks, then build the bricks to assemble the first shield generator. Three more to go!
Continue to drive to each of the markers, defeat the suited goons, and build the shield generators. Keep it up until you’ve built all four shield generators.
Blastoff
With all four shield modulators in place, a powerful force field materializes around Blackwell Tower. Moments later, the tower transforms into a massive rocket ship and launches into outer space. Fortunately, the professor’s shield prototypes do their work, and LEGO City is spared from the blast!
McCain has saved a lot of lives this day, but one life still lies in jeopardy—Natalia’s! While hacking into the rocket’s computer to slow the launch countdown, Professor Kowalski has learned that his daughter was aboard Blackwell’s rocket when it took off!
Mayor Gleeson arrives on the scene to congratulate Chase, but our hero’s job isn’t done just yet. The mayor hints that McCain might be able to find a shuttle at Apollo Island, and Chase sets sail for the island without delay.
