Sofia’s Livestock is located across the stream in the southern part of the mountain. There, she lives with her sons Michael and Gabriel, the latter of whom is quite the livestock herder. Sofia’s Livestock specializes in farm animals, with a bevy of chickens, cows, feed, and medicine for you to purchase. Sofia even buys back mature animals from you, should you wish to make room for other species in your Animal Barn or Chicken Coop.
Initially, Sofia’s Livestock only carries basic chickens, cows, sheep, and donkeys, but her inventory expands once you restore the lighthouse. If at any time she seems unable to sell you any animals, it’s because you’ve run out of room in your Chicken Coop or Animal Barn. Either sell her some mature animals to free up room, or visit Doc to upgrade the size of your buildings.
In addition to animals, Sofia also sells Chicken and Animal Medicine used to cure sick animals, and a Miracle Potion. The Miracle Potion instantly impregnates an animal, allowing you to effectively gain another animal for the low cost of 8000G.
We recommend purchasing Animal Feed in bulk from Sofia, as it’s not very expensive and much more efficient than growing and harvesting Corn, especially given how easy it is to earn money in the mine. Of course, higher-quality feed from the Windmill has a better chance of yielding higher-grade animal products for you to sell or cook with.
Sofia delivers the animal to your farm and reviews the proper care and feeding instructions. She also helps you name it.
