Symbiote Ambush
Recommended Hero: Nick Fury
S.H.I.E.L.D. needs help cleaning Symbiotes off the streets, and who better than the big boss, Nick Fury, to pick up the broom. Fury’s “broom” can either be his boot heels or his twin pistols—your choice. Follow the yellow objective marker to the first street location and unleash your Fury on the Symbiote congregation.
A Large Symbiote forms at the end of the first skirmish. Use Fury’s pistols to take on the Large Symbiote, and if you have extra skill points to spend, Ranged Attack Upgrade and Explosive Shells are a big improvement.
With the first Symbiote threat gone, S.H.I.E.L.D. sends you out to a second spot. Repeat your attack pattern here, and when you finish off the second Large Symbiote, you finish off the mission.
Rooftop Rendezvous

Fly Nova out to a rooftop on the shoreline next to Liberty Island. A scientist needs saving from the Symbiotes, and there is a rooftop full of the creatures when you arrive. Slam into the roof and knock a couple over the edge before firing off an arc of energy blasts to cut through the horde.
After defeating the rooftop-bound Symbiotes, Goblin Drones zoom into the air. Now you have to deal with a combination of flying and ground enemies. Eliminate all the airborne enemies first, then you can drop down onto a more deserted section of the rooftop and start leveling the rest of the Symbiotes.
When the scientist comes out of hiding, fly up to him and pick him up quickly. Swarming Symbiotes converge on the scientist, but if you’re quick enough, you can lift off with him before they have a chance to bite. Escort the scientist down to his safehouse on the other side of the city. Another satisfied scientist thanks you for a mission well done.
Oscorp Escort
How about some fun irony and invite Venom to a mission saving Oscorp VIPs? Hop on a Sky-Cycle and jet across town to the S.H.I.E.L.D. helicopter taking off from the rooftop near Liberty Island. It’s going to circle around town and escape by the bridge, and, without webs, it’s your job to keep the passengers safe with Sky-Cycle missiles.
As you go up and down over elevated train platforms and back and forth over the Manhattan streets, Goblin Drones will fly in and assault the chopper. Keep your target on the helicopter when the skies are clear, so when a Goblin Drone appears, it’s a quick move to target it and release a deadly missile.
Keep the helicopter from taking too much damage and it will make it to the bridge. Blast away the last group of Goblin Drones and the chopper flies off into the distance safely. Venom may not like scientists and their experiments, but you can show them what he can do with a Sky-Cycle and unlimited destruction at his fingertips.
