Offensive Scouting Report
- With an 84 INJ rating, QB Robert Griffin III is the franchise for the Redskins. As he goes so does this team. Protect him at all costs and don’t forget about upgrading QB Kirk Cousins, as he may have to fill in for RGIII every now and then.
- HB Alfred Morris is a load to take down when carrying the ball, but he needs major upgrades to his CTH rating. Focus on this during the season and off season.
- Your offense needs to funnel through Robert Griffin III’s skill set. We recommend building your wide receivers around speed to complement RGIII and the option game.
Defensive Scouting Report
- One of our favorite under-the-radar players is LE Adam Carriker. With a 96 STR rating and standing 6’6”, he is a rare player who can do a lot for this defense. We recommend signing him to a long-term deal right away.
- LOLB Ryan Kerrigan and ROLB Brian Orakpo are elite pass-rushing linebackers. Orakpo’s contract is up at the end of the season, and we recommend signing him long-term. Kerrigan has two years remaining, but you should also lock him up for the long haul.
- In the draft and free agency focus on rebuilding the secondary.
