Man Coverage

• User-defend the TE or the HB.
• Either the TE or the HB will be uncovered, but with this defense we are looking to play an aggressive brand of football. Make your opponent throw to the open player.

Zone Coverage

• With this setup we have created a Cover 5 zone.
• Opponents will find it nearly impossible to throw deep down the field.

Man Blitz

• User-control the FS covering the HB.
• If the HB runs a route, you must cover him with the FS. If he stays in to block you can drop into coverage with him instead.

Zone Blitz

• Play up in the box with the FS.
• If a slot WR or TE runs a deep vertical over the middle, you must drop back and defend with the FS.
