CFM Team Rating: 82
Offensive Scheme: West Coast
Defensive Scheme: Attacking 3-4
Strengths: QB, WR, TE, LG, ROLB, CB
Weaknesses: HB, C, RT, SS
Offensive Scouting Report
- QB Aaron Rodgers is a dual-threat player. He can beat you with his arm and he can beat you with his legs. The only concern we have with Rodgers is injury. For that reason we believe you need to bring in a viable backup in preparation.
- The Packers don’t have a star HB, but they have three HBs that all have value. Rookies Eddie Lacy and Johnathan Franklin are the future, but we think that DuJuan Harris is the best HB to win now.
- There may not be a better three-WR combination in the league than Jordy Nelson, Randall Cobb, and James Jones.
Defensive Scouting Report
- The Packers defensive line is built for pure strength, and they have that with LE B.J. Raji and DT Ryan Pickett. In the future we would like to see the transition to a more athletic line.
- The future is bright for LOLB Nick Perry. He has all the ratings needed to be a game changer in the league. He will need upgrades to his AGI and TAK ratings.
- Start FS Jerron McMillian at SS for the time being, but focus on finding a long-term solution for this position.
Owner & Coach Profiles
Key Players
QB #12 Aaron Rodgers
- Rodgers is close to the perfect QB. He can make every throw on the field and has the speed to disrupt defenses.
- Use Rodgers’s speed to run read options in short-yardage situations as well as in the red zone.
ROLB #52 Clay Matthews
- Send Matthews after the QB every down.
- Look to generate one-on-one rushes for Matthews, as he will almost always get to the QB.
