Man Coverage
- The defensive line shifts and crash will create a stunt that will confuse the offensive line.
- The confusion will result in one of our pass rushers getting free after the QB.
Zone Coverage
- Blitz the SS
- This is the same setup as the man-to-man setup, but we have changed the coverage behind the pressure.
- This is a great play call for third and long situations.
Man Blitz
- User-control the nickel corner over the middle of the field.
- The safeties have a good chance of getting beaten off the press.
Zone Blitz
- If you are getting beaten to the flat, place both hook zone defenders into flats.
- When you want to blitz on third and long, place both hook zone defenders in deep zones.
- We like to mix this setup in to confuse our opponents and throw off their timing.
