Ingress to the Oscillator
Since Han Solo and his team have lowered the shields around Starkiller, Poe Dameron and his squadron of X-wings have exited hyperspace and are making their run toward their main target. Watch out for turret towers and TIE fighters as you make your run.
Destroy the Oscillator Vents
Once you reach the oscillator, you have a big fight on your hands. Your objective is to destroy six of the vents on the oscillator. There are turrets and lots of TIE fighters defending this area. The vents are shielded, so you need to use torpedoes. To get those torpedoes, shoot down the Special Forces TIE fighters.
Once you have some torpedoes, go after the vents. They are located at the edges of the oscillator structure. One torpedo will do the job for each vent.
There are turrets around the exterior of the oscillator. You can destroy them with your X-wing’s lasers. By destroying them as they appear, you limit the firepower being shot at you.
