The Approach

The Resistance has arrived on Takodana. As Poe Dameron, you are taking the lead in your X-wing starfighter. Your squadron is making a low approach down a river valley to avoid detection until you arrive at the castle. Fly through rings of studs and add them to your collection. There are no enemies during this phase.

Shoot Down 12 TIE Fighters

Once you arrive at the castle, the level turns into a large dogfight. Your job is to shoot down a dozen TIE fighters. Use the small x-shaped reticle to help aim your shots.

Destroy the 3 Transport Ships

The First Order are sending more stormtroopers to the castle. You need to prevent these reinforcements from arriving. Look for the thicker arrow-shaped reticles on the screen to help you locate the transport ships. Then focus on destroying them instead of the TIE fighters. If you take too long trying to destroy the transport ships, they will land and become more difficult to destroy.

Protect the General’s Transport

General Leia has arrived on the scene. Her transport is a bit early and there are still TIE fighters in the area. Use the thicker arrow-shaped reticle to find this ship in the sky and then fly in close. Shoot down any TIE fighters that get near it and prevent it from being destroyed. Continue flying as an escort until the level is completed.

Resistance Base Hub

After leaving Takodana, you’ve arrived at the Resistance Base. Han Solo will be leading a team to Starkiller Base, and you need to help him prepare by getting ammo, supplies, and Wookiee cookies. Follow the trail of green studs to the Supplies Bunker. Once inside the bunker, locate a small access hatch near a gate. Send BB-8 through the hatch and use a rotary control switch on the inside to open the gate. Then switch to a character with a lightsaber and cut through a smaller gate to get the ammo.

Next, climb a ladder and push a container on the left along a checkered path until it falls to the floor and breaks. Build the pieces into a lift and use it to get C-3PO up to the higher walkway. Use the protocol droid terminal and solve the memory puzzle to open the gate to the right and get the supplies.

All that remains are the Wookiee cookies. Talk to Nien Nunb by the terminal and large locked door. Since he does not speak Basic, you need to use someone who can translate, such as C-3PO. Nien wants ice cream in order to help you.

Climb the ladder. Move to the right along the walkway, and use Leia to shoot at the grapple point on the ceiling and swing across to a walkway on the bunker’s opposite side. Use the Resistance terminal near a door and solve the puzzle by matching symbols to open the door. Once inside, push a block of ice out of the small room and drop it on the floor. Jump down and pick up the ice cream and take it to Nien Nunb. He will open the locked door so you can get the cookies. Finally, return to the Millennium Falcon to continue to the next chapter.
