Navigate the Asteroid Field
Your path is predetermined, so you should focus on nudging your ship through rings of studs and shooting down TIE fighters. C-3PO provides updates in his typical, understated fashion.
Admiral Ackbar notes an enormous asteroid ahead, which you fly into during a brief cutscene. There’s less space to maneuver inside the asteroid, and the flying rocks have been replaced with mynocks.
Destroy 20 TIE Fighters
The surface of the asteroid includes violet gem clusters that are the key to escaping First Order pursuit. Before you can put them to use, you must shoot down 20 TIE fighters.
Unleash the Mynocks
The next wave of enemies includes Special Forces TIE fighters, which carry proton torpedoes. There are also torpedo dispensers on the surface of the asteroid. Blast the three larger gem formations with proton torpedoes to unleash enough mynocks to cover your escape.
