Fly through the Asteroid Field
Poe and his group escaped from the Star Destroyer on a landing craft. After changing ships on an asteroid, he is now ready to go on the attack in his own X-wing fighter. At the level’s start, dodge the large asteroids and shoot the smaller ones to avoid taking damage.
The First Order has sent TIE fighters into the asteroid field to try to stop you. Avoid their fire while shooting them down to eliminate their threats. Keep going until you find a hollow asteroid with a tunnel through it.
Fly through the Asteroid Tunnel
To try to escape from the TIE fighters, Poe flies into the tunnel of a large asteroid. Fly carefully and avoid the walls of the tunnel as well as obstacles inside that can damage your fighter.
Dogfight in the Crater
As you emerge from the tunnel, you now have a dogfight against lots of TIE fighters in a large crater of the asteroid. Your objective is to shoot down 12 TIE fighters. Keep moving around to avoid getting hit while targeting the enemies with your own weapons.
After you’ve downed 12 TIE fighters, the First Order sends in Special Forces TIE fighters. They are equipped with torpedoes. Destroy them and pick up the torpedoes they leave behind. Now target the silver boulders in the crater and fire torpedoes at them. By destroying them, you open up some small tunnels and release mynocks that will distract the enemy so you can make your escape.
