After completing the nine levels on Jakku, you gain access to the Takodana hub. At the beginning, you can only get to a small part of this hub. However, complete all Takodana levels to roam the entire hub.
Collectibles
The Takodana hub has five Minikits and ten characters in carbonite. There are also six side missions associated with collecting some of those Minikits and characters in carbonite.
Minikits
Minikit 1
This Minikit is located in a red and black container next to the Millennium Falcon. Use the Force to break it open and get the Minikit.
Minikit 2
This Minikit is difficult to find without some help. It is out of view as you walk along the forest path. Use the Force to bring it down to where you can collect it.
Minikit 3
Walk all the way to the edge of the waterfront to find this Minikit. You will need to use the Force to bring it to you.
Minikit 4
Complete the Kanata Reconstruction side mission to get this Minikit. You must find three parts to rebuild a statue. One requires diving into a water access. The second requires goggles and the ability to break cracked bricks. The third part requires a lightsaber. Once you have all three parts, return to the start and build the statue to complete the mission and get the Minikit.
Minikit 5
This Minikit is the reward for completing the Resistance Recon side mission. You must gather three parts once again. These require breaking cracked bricks, using the Force, and using an astromech terminal. Once you have all the parts, return and build a mini X-wing. Then race it through the gates within 49 seconds to get the Minikit.
