Rescue BB-8 and Get Inside the Star Destroyer

BB-8 fled from the village and into the Jakku desert, which contains a graveyard of ships from a decades old battle between the Empire and the Rebellion. However, BB-8 is captured by some Teedos scouring the graveyard for scrap. Rey needs to help the little droid.At the start, you need to deal with a Teedo riding a luggabeast.Break up some of the junk to the beast’s right and then assemble it into one oftwo objects. Either one will work. Defeat all of the Teedos. Then use Rey’s goggles on the panel at the back of the area to find a crack. It takes something strong to break a cracked block, so climb onto the luggabeast and ride it over to the cracked panel. Charge the crack to break it open.

Behind the crack is a charge panel. Use BB-8 to power it up. This breaks open the shield generator dome of the Star Destroyer. Defeat the Teedo that drops out. Then assemble the pieces on the ground into a grab rail. As Rey, jump to the rail and climb onto the platform. Move to the right and use her ability to wall run across the gap to the right. Then jump across a series of small pads.

Red Brick (Stud Multiplier x2) Come back to this level in Free Play mode when you have a character who can destroy gold LEGO bricks. After opening the shield generator dome, climb into it and then break open the gold container to get a Red Brick. After you purchase and activate this Red Brick, the number of studs you collect will be doubled. Acquire this Red Brick as soon as possible.

After getting across the pads, jump to a flusher switch and grab onto it. As you pull it down with your weight, a charge panel deploys from the side of the wreck. Switch to BB-8 and power it up to open the hatch so you can enter the wrecked Star Destroyer.

Inside the Star Destroyer

Take control of Rey and enter the Star Destroyer. Move to the right until you get to a gap. Jump across another series of pads to get to the other side. When you get to the other side, break up some objects and then assemble the pieces into a rotary control switch.

Target a socket on the wall and throw Rey’s staff into it. Now jump to the staff and twirl around it. Jump to another pole and then to the platform on the left. Do a wall run to the left to get to another platform. Pull yourself up onto the platform, then push a crate of junk along a path to the left and off the edge. Drop down and assemble the pieces into a rotary control switch.

Switch to BB-8 and use the rotary control switch to launch the droid to a higher walkway. Roll to the left to pick up a blue stud, then roll to the right until you see a small hatch. Move BB-8 through the hatch and into a control room. Inside, use the astromech panel and solve the puzzle to extend a series of handholds. Move back through the small hatch.

Take control or Rey and climb the handholds to get up to where BB-8 is located. Move to the left along the walkway to get to the wall jump. Jump back and forth between these two walls to get to the top, and then head to the right. Slide under a gap and then do a wall run to get to a climbing wall. Get to the top and continue to the right. Then drop down to a lower area.

Rey is once again separated from BB-8. Smash all the objects in this area, and then assemble the pieces into a staff switch along the back wall. Use Rey’s staff to turn the switch and operate a crane to pick up a wrecked TIE fighter and make a ramp out of it. Now BB-8 can return to Rey’s side.

Break up the staff switch, and then assemble a rotary control switch at the bottom of the area near the door. Use BB-8 on this rotary control switch to open the door so you can exit the Star Destroyer and complete the level.
